In the past, it was called catastrophic insurance because it was never meant to take over your own relationship with your doctor.
Unfortunately, it has morphed into every little pain becoming a doctor visit instead of sometimes just sucking up and dealing with life.
Nan and her gang of destroyers love all the extra reusable guaranteed dim votes that come with reduced life expectancy.
The media has moved on to “Medicare for All”, dontcha know...
FDA APPROVED DRUGS KILL ABOUT 100,000 PER YEAR. Not just drug reactions gone wrong, but Cancer, Liver Failure, Heart Failure. That new Endometriosis pain drug they just approved actually came out with a CANCER warning. You mess with a woman’s hormones and that is a high probability. The drugs wasn’t even needed, there are already existing treatments for Endometriosis.
I’ve filed numerous complaints on drugs that have high GI side effects, I’m a 5 Gastro Issue patient, and IDIOT docs don’t read that Factoid when they prescribe, most just don’t know the effects of the drugs they script.
ALL Osteoarthritis drugs need to be removed to save Ruined Gastro Tracts.
Yep.
The Media uses what I call “Censorship by Omission”. They don’t report on things the Rats do that are bad or make them look bad. The Media don’t report on good things our side does. Etc., etc., etc.
Under budget !!!!
ACA FAIL !!
I’m in the dead zone. Missouri is one of those states that don’t have “enhanced medicaid”. We can’t buy anything in the ‘marketplace’ and even if we could, we can’t afford the deductibles. We’re not quite poor enough to get what medicaid is available in MO but we’re poor enough so that we don’t have to pay the fine for not having ins.
My son is 17 and shortly after he was born, we took him for a well care visit but called ahead of time and the ins co we were supposed to have through my job said they never heard of me. I got my employer to give me back the money they withheld and went and bought my own ins. United Health care, family of three, $400/mth and deductibles we could afford. Mostly co-pays of $20.
I quit that job not too much longer. Turns out the owner, who has bought the company a year before, was just raping it for all he could get before turning around and selling it to some out of state company. Everyone was given the choice to keep their job if they moved from FL to GA. Since I had my own ins, I kept ins, stayed in FL and went self employed.
The good old days.
