Actually, the important part of this story is that Fairfax LIED earlier today in his tweet.

He claimed they found “numerous red flags and inconsistancies” in the woman’s story. This article says that was “incorrect”, and that “the Post did not find “significant red flags and inconsistencies within the allegations,” as the Fairfax statement incorrectly said.”

So now the question should be, why did Fairfax lie about what the Post found?

His tweet suggested that they had discredited her story.

But in fact, the WP simply found nobody who could confirm what happened in a hotel room between two people in private, and couldn’t find anybody willing to suggest he had ever done this to anybody else.

Frankly, they probably were right not to report it, but they clearly used a different standard with Ford and Kavanaugh.

But again, the important takeaway is that Fairfax LIED ABOUT what the Post did. If he lied about that, how do we know he is not lying about what happened in the hotel room?

Why would this liberal black woman from California make up an attack by a liberal black democrat in Virginia? THere is no racial or political motivation to do so.

So if people believe Fairfax, why do they since he lied about the post, and why don’t they believe the woman?

And in the case of Monica Lewinsky, AND especially in the case of Juanita Broderick, there were corroborating witnesses who know the details at the time the “alleged” incidents occurred...but Bill Clinton was to be protected at all costs and every media outlet around followed the same code.

Now, in this case, if I am being consistent, I would have to say that it does throw some doubt on her story that she didn’t tell ONE SINGLE FRIEND what had happened. That was always my biggest red flag with Christine Blasey as well. Girls talk to their friends - it is just what they do! However, as has been pointed out, if the allegation had been made against a Republican, it would have been front page news and treated as absolute fact, so the double standard of the MSM continues to be alive and well!

Big Media Guidelines for Sexual-Assault Accused

If the accused is a Republican - all women must be believed, this is too important to hide, we don't need no stinking collaboration, we must reveal it now so voters can be properly informed ...

If the accused is a Democrat - Look, there's no collaboration here, this is just another political hit-job, we must spend months carefully investigating this before publishing serious allegations that could damage this guys reputation ...

BLAH BLAH BLAH

I love it....As they say, Karma can be a bitch. I love it that the Dems are becoming exposed as the Wile E. Coyote Exploding Cigar caricatures that they are.

Yes, why lie about what the WaPo said ? Mr. Fairfax, the WaPo is well versed in lying, it’s what they do, don’t muck things up with your amateur efforts, besides, they have your back.

So we’re getting ready to trade a “Racist” for a “Rapist” here in VA. +

I’m considering a move to California where I can be proud of the state in which I live. /s

Since when does the Washington Post corroborate accusations? They spiked allegations against Democrat Lt.. Gov. To be Justin Fairfax. The Jeff Bezos owned Washington Post did not report that Democrat minority leader Chuck Schumer’s leading staff member was accused by multiple women of sexual harrassment. Did Sen. Schumer’s staffer use taxpayer funds to pay off his accusers? The Washington Post did not report.
Is the Wahington Post fake news?

WaPo investigating a Democrat? No need to read the report to know what it says.

Yes, we must apply the Stolen Valor Blumenthal rule (falsus in uno...).

Heck of a lot more evidence here than the phony Kavanaugh charge. Blasey told no one about the incident, This woman told a friend. Blasey had an ax to grind against Kavanaugh because she was a liberal opposed to his nomination. This woman was in political alignment with Fairfax. No reason to lie. Blasey caught lying about fear of flying. This woman has not been provided conflicting facts. And most of all ignorant Senator Hirono has set forth the new standard of evidence that “women are to be believed”

continuing your Big Media Guideline:

“If the accused is a Democrat - Look, there’s no collaboration here, this is just another political hit-job, we must spend months carefully investigating this before publishing serious allegations that could damage this guys reputation ...”

AND the whistle blowers must be discredited, because they can only be politically motivated! They need to be thoroughly investigated and their credibility and motives attacked.

To me, this sounds like your classic "he said, she said" scenario.

Neither has witnesses to corroborate their versions but unless this was more than a twosome, that's a big DUH!

What was she doing in his hotel room consensually kissing him and going to the bed, if she didn't think more was going to happen? This wasn't church. It was a sexual encounter. She had the green light on the whole way.

A woman who goes to a man's hotel room with him (or vice versa) is tacitly agreeing to some sexual hanky panky. Business meetings can be held in the lobby or the restaurant or bar. But agreeing to go to the hotel room itself is understood to be for privacy for sex.

And how is one forced to perform oral sex? It takes two to tango, as they say, and there had to have been some cooperation on her part for the act to have taken place. Sounds like she just regretted what she'd done afterwards.

I notice the Washington Compost states that they couldn't find, "significant red flags and inconsistencies within the allegations" by the woman but they don't mention the same regarding the denials by Fairfax.

That sounds a little one-sided and biased in favor of the woman's allegations and doesn't give the same credence to the denial of those accusations by Fairfax.

But then this is the Washington Compost, which rivals the New York Slimes for its bias and fakery in their reporting.

TO A MAN’S WAY OF THINKING ITS FOR SEX-———”if” a woman agrees to go to his hotel room.

BUT THAT’S NOT THE WAY A WOMAN THINKS. I agree she was naive to go with him....

But a woman should be able to talk to a man at a convention....and even go to his hotel room to “get some papers”......
without having to worry about being sexually assaulted.

CBS’s Charlie Rose said he appeared in an underlings room stark naked....b/c “he thought” she was coming on to him.

Male ego—constantly needs grooming.

As to how she was forced into oral sex-—he sure as heck had to use his toxic masculinity to make that happen.
