FULL TITLE: Donald Trump, Jr. will be indicted by Mueller, former prosecutor says, and will help to ensnare his father
Donald Trump Jr. will be indicted and used by special counsel Robert Mueller to ensnare his father President Donald Trump, a former prosecutor predicted.
During a segment on MSNBC’s AM Joy on Saturday, Paul Butler, a former Department of Justice public corruption prosecutor, and host Joy Reid discussed the latest developments in Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible collusion between Trump’s campaign team and Moscow officials.
“Does Mueller have to indict Trump in order to put the proper coda at the end of the long symphony?” Reid asked the ex-prosecutor.
“Mueller is not going to indict Trump, because he’s going to follow the DOJ employee handbook, but he has leverage over the president in terms of Donald Trump, Jr.,” Butler explained. “We’ve seen Mueller use people’s kids to get to folks in the past. He could do this with Donald Trump, Jr.”
He continued: “Trump, Jr. went into the Senate Intelligence Committee, took an oath to tell the truth, and lied his butt off.”
“You think he will get indicted?” Reid asked.
“If Roger Stone and Michael Cohen get indicted for lying to the Intelligence Committee and Donald, Jr. lied, then he gets indicted too,” Butler responded.

Too late for that. He should have kept his mouth shut from the start. He should have never appeared befor Congress without a grant of immunity baring that he should have been unable to recall exact dates, time, content, etc..
If the coup is exposed, then well over a half dozen folks would be prosecuted... it ain't going to happen. Mueller is the fixer and I feel confident that things are being floated in the media as to what Mueller is willing to do and how long Mueller is willing to hang around with threats.
Consider too, it has been floated by the media that the Russians are setting up to meddle in the next election. Perfect reason for Mueller to be an endless, all powerful and unaccountable full branch of government unto himself. With almost half the folks thinking it's okay, what will Trump do?

All that’s reported,or all the rabid democrats are insisting for from the new Attorney General is a copy of Muellers report when he issues it,they don’t say we want indictments,From what I hear he is going to write a REPORT on his Counterintelligence investigation of Russian meddling.
so on that premise if they lied and Trump Jr should be charged then why not Clinton, Comey , Rice etc?

If Donald Jr., Jared or any other family members have committed crimes, President Trump has to but country before family. Getting elected as President means nation comes before family.
Even Mueller can’t break Trump Jr. to the point he can’t defend himself....
So what did Trump Jr. apparently lie about? I don’t see it.
What makes you think this is true, personally I had given up thinking there is any right or wrong in our justice system anymore.
Reprobates like like Mueller and most ,if not all, of the DOJ and federal Judiciary have made a mockery of the entire system of Justice. The FBI seems impossible corrupt & largely incompetent.
