A series of prominent Democrats demanded Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam's resignation on Friday, excoriating him for appearing in a racist yearbook photo showing one person dressed in blackface and another in the KKK's signature white hood and robes.
The calls came from a number of 2020 presidential candidates, members of Congress and prominent liberal organizations, all of whom said Northam's apology on the issue was not enough. The NAACP also called for Northam to leave office. Those calls, however, were not echoed by Virginia Democrats, including Sens. Tim Kaine and Mark Warner. Both said they were shocked and offended by the photos, but in separate statements both said it was time for the governor to think about what comes next for him and to listen to those he has offended. Northam, for his part, has vowed to finish his one and only term as Virginia governor, issuing a video statement on Friday evening where he apologized but pledged to remain in office.

Taat’s the most disturbing part of this entire thing.
The outrage should be over his callous, evil defense of infanticide. He deserves to roast in hell for that.
But.........just like the feds couldn’t get Al Capone for murder, they took him out for tax evasion, good enough. This could be sort of the same thing.
I think it’s great that he’s saying he won’t resign. The Rat freak show continues.

I think this is to get him out of the way because of his infanticide remarks. That was starting to get too much attention. The Democrat leadership is quite happy with abortion and infanticide, but the governor spoke too openly about it and that brought things to light so the governor has to go. So they found some ancient things that the Social Justice Warriors can be outraged about and demand that he resign.
I can hear the parody of Soundgarden's "Spoonman" now.
Dems demand removal of Confederate statues from a war 150 years ago but defend their governor who dressed up in KKK robes 35 years ago.
Good. I want him out front as an issue all the way through 2020. I never want the Dems to get away from his stink.
And he did it twice, on two different issues, in less than two days. Awesome performance!

So, the Dems set Northam up to take that stupid photo back when he was in med school, knowing he'd be governor of Virginia someday?
And now they're wasting him, just to set a trap for Trump, who they knew would be president in 2019?
Friend, it's just what it looks like. The Dems live and breathe political correctness, and Northam has been outed as too icky to be in their company any longer.

They thought that would happen after they got Franken to resign....didn't happen. And it sure won't happen because of this.

Say, is this dimwit a guy that signed the new abortion legislation allowing post birth killings, and non physicians to do the deed?
If so, they can do whatever they want with him, as long as it’s very painful and permanent.
