I had a friend from New York, who spent years in therapy processing among other things the several abortions she had. She is African American and when I hear the statistics on abortion and minorities, I always think of her. I find it no coinicidence that the frequency of abortion is met with broken homes, crime, violence and a general inhumanity. Abortion is one of the ways the sanctity of life is destroyed. Libs try to celebrate it as a symbol of freedom, but you don’t build freedom by destroying life. Affirming your own life and the life of others is where real power rests. My friend is plagued with images of her fully formed baby laying dead and I know it has grieved her and scarred her beyond words.
Few years ago I would say this was crackpot thinking. Today, no.

So all this is actually population control of our black population. Something the Dems would never mention.
Indirectly this comes from the welfare based culture of no expectations that the ‘black leadership’has been happily propagating for decades. Keep a lot of blacks alienated, defend anti-social behavior as normative, tell these people they have to be ‘protected’ from white people by the ‘black leaders and the demrats’. This one result. Blacks have been dumbed down more than any group in the US. From ‘Upward Striving’ to ‘thug nation’ in about 50 years. One result is encouraging by not discouraging generalized casual copulation as normative. Combine with encouraged incompetence such as ‘i’se can't keep track of taking no pill every day’. Mix with encouraging black males to believe condoms are part of some white plot to restrict them making as many babies as possible along with ‘It don't feel good with no rubber on’ attitudes. The result is blacks have abortion at about 5 times the rates of whites. Notice where Planned Parenthood locates their um, er, ‘women's health centers’.
We had “Killer Kaine” (of Democracy) as governor. Now we have “Know Nothing Northam as governor and he’s a doctor. Where did he get his degree, Gosnell University”?

I think that the number of infants born that are unexpectedly “not viable” or severely deformed (which is a very slippery slope) has got to be an extremely small number. With the ultrasounds and testing we can do now, I think most people have time to make a decision about what they want to do for the baby well before the baby is born. I just think that is almost a non-issue. I’m sure there are cases where conditions turn out to be worse than what they expected. But I think most people know that the baby has medical issues and they’ve had time to think about how those issues will be treated before the birth. It shouldn’t be a, “Let’s wait and see and make a decision then.” kind of a deal.
There is no condition where you are saving a mother’s life by killing an infant after it’s born.
