Why is there no way that SCOTUS justices can be removed if unable to perform their job? They are deities, and they do not live forever. Previously, most have resigned when incapacitated, but that was before Roe V. Wade killed honor in our political life.
Well, RBG is in the news, being so sick and all. I would hope someone would offer something, but I could be wrong. Nothing surprises me these days. How long can they keep her inability to do her job under wraps? My goodness, what a lawless bunch of criminals reside on the left.

DJT ought to do a wellness visit, ASAP, and make it public so the demonrat shenanigans can be exposed.
Just a side note, a certain series of threads that I'm not supposed to post on because I'm a troll has speculation, along with some low quality photographic evidence, that RBG is in some medical facility, in some place where the personnel still wear "nurse uniforms" instead of scrubs, and unfortunately is in a medically-induced coma.
Maybe I'm inclined to believe this, maybe I'm not. Actually after the way Scalia left us one would suppose that anything is possible.
Just sayin'.
Shes dying at home.
Really, what else do you want to know?
I have no doubt she was sent home to die.
The doctor’s statement was something along the lines of “We have completed treatment and no further treatment is indicated”.
That told me she was terminal.
Her time is close!!!!
I thought Jews had to be buried, in wood coffins
my guess is that she is still alive but a thinking person with a normal IQ would have to agree that The Left is capable of anything!
I’m sure The Left figures that all they have to do is keep her “alive” for a year. Then fight like hell to keep DJT from nominating anybody in an election year.
This, even though Trump and the Senate have the constitutional power to do so if squishy McConnell will use it.
Where is John Roberts?
This is no different than McCain not being able to show up to the Senate. As long as she's breathing Ginsburg is on the court, just as McCain was a Senator as long as he had breath in his body. Ginsburg could return to work tomorrow, she could suffer a relapse and be on life support for years. She will still be a Supreme Court justice.
If any good comes out of this it's that maybe discussions need to begin on amending the Constitution to set judicial appointments to a defined period of time, maybe 20 years or something like that. After that they can be re-appointed, and re-confirmed, or they step down. This could actually be a bi-partisan issue.
not ready to go on the cart
She’s busily training for the Hawaii Triathlon.
Shell be like one of the fish and game deer put on the side of the road to catch poachers.

Thanks to Heartlander for the Ginsborg!
The actress who is going to replace her is still recuperating from the plastic surgery and hasn’t quite got the accent nailed yet.
