When I was working as a corrections officer a couple of years ago we found a fentanyl overdose victim in his cell. It killed him so quickly that he still had the needle in his arm. They suspected that it was carfentanil, the animal use version which is much more potent. 90% of this “stepped on” heroin is coming in through the southern border.

Double gloving is standard policy for handling assumed fentanyl. Just for that reason.

First, they are constantly recruiting a new supply of drug addicts. I imagine that customers who are long-term addicts are not very profitable for the pushers, since drug addiction destroys their ability to work and leads to other problems that impair their ability to buy drugs without turning to crime. Second, overdose deaths serve as advertising for the dealer who sold the deadly dose. That is because other addicts perceive the death as evidence that the dealer has really good stuff, and they want it.
It’s WMDs coming in here with the potential to kill tens of millions, and this isn’t a national emergency to the Marxists?

I read a few months ago that it’s so powerful, that an EMT overdosed just treating someone who OD’ed on it. I guess from it being on the patients clothes or skin, that is crazy. They said just a few grains, like a sprinkle of salt from a salt shaker is enough to kill. If that doesn’t scare the crap out of people, I don’t know what does. Any nut, terrorist can take out a ton of people with just a small bag of that stuff. Look at this..This is what Nutzy Pelosi is protecting.....

Yep, she is tweaked. Look at the heavy breathing as well, her chest rising twice in that short clip. And that ain’t the first time she’s displayed symptoms.
I might be taking a lot of heat here but as a former Chief of the Boat who regularly inspected for drugs and wrote up anyone caught with drugs, I have no sympathy for drug users. If they want to kill themselves, then let them. Can anyone please tell me why I am wrong?

Ok I will bite. I have no sympathy either. Believe me my family is not perfect. But i don’t smoke. Drink, use drugs or allow my kids to have unmarried sex in my home. I’m old fashioned boring. Wont change.
I tell my kids God gave you beautiful bodies. Why put something foreign in it. Sometimes they listen other times no. One was doing binge drinking in college. Warned them. Then pancreatitis attack. Pain so bad. Week in hospital. Stopped drinking cold turkey.

Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine, but the analogs of Fentanyl are a thousand times more powerful than morphine.
I rarely hear the analogues being discussed but they are probably out there too.

I never knowingly ingest anything from China or Mexico, I just don’t trust either of them.
Heck, I don’t even eat off of plates or drink from coffee cups made in China or Mexico...
