President Trump has given it all he can, and now the Senate
has a week to do what is right.
I think we all know or at least have a good insight as to
how this is going to play out? Should this effort be refused? by the Senate. Then in short you won’t see a greased b-b cross the southern border of the USA.
President Trump is giving the Left enough rope to hang themselves.
Trump ought to start the RIF 60 day process on Tues by mailing out letters to the 800,000 federal gov’t workers that since the gov’t is closed and there’s no funding they will start the clock on the RIF.
I do hope he starts Monday on that. He should tell the rats that he’ll cut loose 100K a week until you give me the money for the entire wall.
Wonder if there is a way to transfer border patrol, ICE and Coast Guard to one of the Department’s that have already been funded
Work the votes in the background, while pushing Pelosi si she doesn’t back down.
Then vote through a winning bill, while Pelosi opposes it, thereby breaking the lockstep block voting by the Democrats.
Shatter her political support from Congress.
Make her anathema to the Democrats.

Trump would need 7 Dem votes to get it over the House. I doubt he has them. He might have enough to put it to the floor to proceed to debate.

Call up national guard to do what TSA does if they fail to show up. Wouldn’t be surprised if the training required for the most critical ( scanning ) part of the job isn’t already underway.
They probably forget that The Donald as a businessman had to prepare for potential strikes by construction , etc workers, and more than likely had contingency plans ready for any and all scenarios.

1. It gets Congress off the hook and lets them get away with failing to do their damn jobs.
2. It ties the "FARGIN WALL" up in endless court proceedings.
3. Combine #1 and #2, and President Trump gets to 2020 with hundreds of thousands more illegal immigrants in this country, no wall, and a thoroughly demoralized base. In fact, in that scenario I would be almost certain that you'll spend most of 2020 sitting here on FreeRepublic spewing your predictable nonsense that he failed to keep his 2016 campaign promises.
