The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a ruling that allows Texas to strip Planned Parenthood of its Medicaid funding.... to have Planned Parenthood removed as a qualified Medicaid provider following the release of several damning undercover videos, should come as a major blow to not just the abortion provider, but also the press.
Four years later, we learn from the 5th Circuit that the videos were neither selectively edited, nor was it false to say that Planned Parenthood associates circumvented legal, medical, and ethical guidelines in pursuit of salvaging human remains.
The ruling shatters the claim that the tapes, which feature Planned Parenthood associates discussing the processes by which organs from the remains of aborted children can be harvested and donated (for a fee), were selectively edited. It also affirms that Planned Parenthood associates did indeed circumvent legal and ethical guidelines in pursuit of harvesting human organs, all of this in direct contradiction to what the so-called women’s health organization and its eager defenders in the press claimed after the tapes were released in 2015.

Wow, I will just turn on the news to see the report on this, that planned Parenthood really does callously chop up their murdered babies for the good pricy bits! And laughs all the while! Where’s the remote?
Just as they’ve done with every PV video. “It’s edited and deceptive” they say ... but it was STILL folks offering to help self described (to their knowledge) pimps beat taxes or brag about personal knowledge of election fraud and illegal collusion between candidate, party and pacs.

Planned Parenthood leaned heavily on the defense that the videos were unfairly doctored. This defense was ‘parroted immediately’ by a ‘servile press’ as follows:
‘Politico’ reported,...“Report for Planned Parenthood finds sting videos manipulated,”... that ‘Fusion GPS’ was careful to bring in “video and transcription experts” who are “not associated with Planned Parenthood.”
‘New York Times’ reported...”Planned Parenthood Videos Were Altered, Analysis Finds,”
‘Huffington Post’...”’Sting’ Videos Of Planned Parenthood Are Totally Manipulated, Forensic Analysis Finds,” adding that even “the supposedly unedited ‘full’ footage is misleadingly altered, experts say.”
‘Slate’ declared confidently...”Second Heavily Edited Planned Parenthood Attack Video Is Also a Big Bust,”
‘Mother Jones’ reported,... “ignited a firestorm by releasing ... selectively edited videos.”
‘Vox’s’ Sarah Kliff...“I thought I saw all the Planned Parenthood sting footage. Turns out the tapes were edited.”
(Not a single one of these reports mentioned Fusion GPS’ historical ties to the Democratic Party)

Yes, but the media always soft sells their own when they’ve been proved liars....just being ‘wrong’ lets them off the hook in their eyes.
Unfortunately it’s not in the media’s ‘self’ interest to report they’re liars across the board. Kind of like Congress voting for term limits....it’ll never happen.
As always this news will always get buried or briefly mentioned.
I was honored to be one of 600 lawyers to go through every minute of the videos and report back to the court. My share was several hours. This was required by the judge to meet complaints of selective editing. Mostly I watched women at a conference get drunk and hit on David.
In this way liberals reduce humans to the status of animals so they can do as they please with them (sort of sounds like slavery and Hitler). This is why they so vehemently defend the bogus right to abortion, Planned Parenthood, and embryonic stem cell research. All that's missing to complete the picture is cannibalism and crematoriums shaped as alters to Baal.
BTW, liberals want to do the same with the infirm and elderly. That's why they love mandatory government health-care. They get to decide who lives and who dies.
