Just so folks understand this is a really big deal. Everyone fears illegals voting in elections but the fact is they don’t even have to vote to change results. Imagine a district that is majority dem. If you can arrange for the census to find hundreds of thousands of extra people in that district and count all of them you now can have two majority dem districts instead of just one. If there are 10 million illegals in California and they are all added to the rolls then that state will get about 14 more representatives.
We are not ruled by NY.

Well, he can't let the cat of the bag, now can he? The Commerce Sec. will have to just guess the procedure and expect more judicial hits as he still doesn't get it "right."
