A newly-released video is casting doubt on allegations made by a far-right German political party claiming one of its members suffered serious injuries after being attacked by three people in the northern city of Bremen.
According to a statement on the AfD Bremen Facebook page, Frank Magnitz was the target of an assassination attempt. AfD says Magnitz was knocked unconscious with a piece of wood when he left a New Year's reception at a theater in the city. The party said the attackers continued to beat Magnitz on the head after he was down.

Morton Downey II?
I’ve watched the video at least ten times. First, the event involves one of the three (not all three), and he basically trips and pushes the AfD to the ground (against what appears to be a cobblestone street...but it’s awful grainy video). The second and third guy are not involved in any way, other than accompanying the first guy.
The three aren’t walking together...there’s two trailing the political guy, and the third guy is at least 20 ft behind and trying to catch up to his associates.
The attempt by the cops to say it was robbery? No, the video clearly shows no attempt to rob the politician. After the guy is in on the ground...the first two guys move on (never stopping). The third guy simply passes the politician on the ground and he’s still trying to catch up with his buddies.
Beyond that....the video proves nothing much (for or against the injured AfD guy).
The first video show the AfD man walking and closely followed by three men. If you LOOK closely at that first video you can see the followers pull some kind of disguise down over their faces. The final video shows the END of the attack where the AfD man goes to ground and the attackers rapidly leave.
There is not a video (at least none shown) of the EARLIER part of the attack. That may have been where most of the injuries were incurred and may ave involve ore than one attacker participating.

The third guy is rear guard, protecting the six of the two others.
A witness at the scene told the police the perps struck him with a "2 X 4", but it's uncertain what the instrument was. Something struck him with great force and Antifa has taken credit for the attack calling him a racist and a Nazi of course.
Don't believe anything from the MSM including FOX unless you have done other research. They all lie these days.
The video shows seven folks in the first scene...AfD guy, two guys followed by a 3rd guy (10 to 15 ft behind them), construction dude at the van, with two guys just in the background. They do pull down their hoodies (they know there’s some type of video camera at this point). How and why they know of the camera should be a question-mark. Only one of the three are in some ‘attack-mode’...the other two are just tagging along. Those two never touch the guy. The suggestion of them kicking the AfD guy? Never occurs. There’s a tripping action, and then a push.
The 3rd member of the group....following his buddies and maybe there to video-record this on his cellphone...just skips on by the AfD guy (never touching, kicking).
On the cops part, to suggest it was a robbery motive...that’s totally bogus and the video proves that point.
I come to this one odd point, the three knew the camera was there and recording. I don’t know much about Bremen, but in most urbanized German cities, there’s probably ten-thousand city and business cameras recording activity on a daily basis. Germans usually don’t pay attention to them. These three did pay attention and knew they were going to be recorded.
Those two never touch the guy. The suggestion of them kicking the AfD guy? Never occurs. Theres a tripping action, and then a push.

You are making an assumption (remember the old military caution cleaned up assumption is the mother of all foul-ups) that all the attack took place in the range covered by the final cctv video. Look at the damage to the mans head; theres no way that was ALL incurred in the limited action of the final video. Most of the attack/damage occurred between the end of the first cctvs video and the final cctvs video. It happened in an area that was either not covered by a cctv or a cctv video was made of it and Merkels police are holding it back from public release.
You’re assuming the cops are ‘pro-Merkel’. That label disappeared by the beginning of 2016 (after Koln’s issue). The German cops are pointing out all of the behavior issues, integration shortfalls, mafia problems, Arab-clan growth in the NW of Germany, etc. You can bring this up and few cops go into any kind of pro-immigration or pro-Merkel stance.
I agree...this guy has significant wounds on his head. But part of this ‘action’ is where he fell on what one assumes are cobblestones. From the camera angles, and they’ve yet to lay out how the cameras are mounted...it appears there are two there, pointing in opposite directions. One of the curious things which I’m wondering about as well....why did they place the two cameras in the middle of this street like this? Is this some crime-infested neighborhood? Have they had some assaults like this before? You typically put the cameras up around subway areas, bus stops, city parks, and places where crime is noted. This seems to be some sidestreet, which doesn’t meet the typical placement of cameras, unless one admits they’ve got an assault problem.
I do believe there is more to the story, but I don’t think this was a robbery-attempt like the cops suggest, or an assassination attempt like the AfD leadership suggests.
Maybe he tripped on the sidewalk? LOL. AMAZING how the Left fights back to hold on to power.
It doesn’t look like the injuries could have occurred in these videos. That gash in the guy’s head was not caused by falling on cobblestone. In the first video, the man was walking. In the second video he’s running. Something is missing. The video doesn’t suggest anything to me except there is an attempt by interested parties to deny and seed doubt that the attack was political. I saw no robbery. Liars at work.
