President Donald Trump is disputing claims that the White House is in a state of 'chaos' and says he has a plan to end the shutdown that's become in the longest in U.S. history.
Trump urged Democrats to return to Washington from their 'vacations' to end the 22-day shutdown.
'I just watched a Fake reporter from the Amazon Washington Post say the White House is "chaotic, there does not seem to be a strategy for this Shutdown. There is no plan." The Fakes always like talking Chaos, there is NONE,' he tweeted Saturday morning.
'In fact, there's almost nobody in the W.H. but me and I do have a plan on the Shutdown,' he said.
'But to understand that plan you would have to understand the fact that I won the election, and I promised safety and security for the American people. Part of that promise was a Wall at the Southern Border. Elections have consequences!' he added.
'We have a massive Humanitarian Crisis at our Southern Border. We will be out for a long time unless the Democrats come back from their "vacations" and get back to work. I am in the White House ready to sign!' he wrote.

Trump's Twitter spree started early Saturday morning where he mostly pressured Democrats to meet him, obstinately adding: 'I am in the White House waiting for you!'
The president began to spew some statistics revealing arrests at the border are up 240 percent.
'23% of Federal inmates are illegal immigrants. Border arrests are up 240%. In the Great State of Texas, between 2011 & 2018, there were a total of 292,000 crimes by illegal aliens, 539 murders, 32,000 assaults, 3,426 sexual assaults and 3000 weapons charges. Democrats come back!' he wrote.
Trump argued that the federal crisis could be solved in a matter of minutes if Democrats would come to him.
'Democrats could solve the Shutdown in 15 minutes! Call your Dem Senator or Congresswoman/man. Tell them to get it done! Humanitarian Crisis,' he tweeted Saturday morning.
Last week Trump dedicated his first Oval Office address to rallying for his controversial border wall, demanding $5.7billion for the wall.
Relentless, energized, intelligent and on a mission Baby Boomer that puts every other president, this century, and many before to shame.
One thing for sure, the presidency of the US, will never ever again be a job where the dude and lady goes in and sits on his @ss all day.
Trump is making everyone work, only problem is that people like Paul Ryan, Schumer and Pelosi etc have been too lazy to do anything.
I trust that he will hold firm, and not sell out to these phonies....
Let them force him to call an emergency...

The Democrats are betting that they can pin the shutdown on the President.
But they maybe overplaying their hand by going on vacation.
Trump is going to stick it to them by showing that they don’t care about hte government workers or the people effected by the shutdown.
The President could also use his executive power to force the Congress in to session.
It might be a good play.

it is time for Trump to start posting pictures of popular vacation locations and Congressional vacation homes and play where in the World is Nancy P for example it could be a daily thread.they don’t even have to be there it is enough to know they aren’t in DC.
If he pulls this off without caving to some sort of Amnesty BS, he moves to the top of my list. If we get the Wall, that will be the single biggest move in our history in providing security to this Nation. We have never been secured from the outside world.

Tucker Carlson said on his show on FNC the other night that Nancy Pelosi may not be in full control of her faculties.
There needs to be a face-saving way for Trump to get $5B for wall construction and for Dems to state that no new $$$ were put in FY2019 budget for the wall. There’s excess money in prior budget years that had not been obligated (committed to a contract).. usually it “expires” and goes away. If Trump goes thru all the 2017, 2018, budget and aggregates the unobligated money, that may addup to $5B (less than 2% of budget). If he requires congress to OK the gathering of old money for the wall, then he can sign the 2019 budget bills which Dems are offering. Win-Win
