The law is complicated in New Hampshire. Individuals under the age of 18 may not marry in New Hampshire without parental approval and a judicial waiver. Brides must be at least 13 years of age and grooms must be at least 14 years of age before their parents can apply for a judicial waiver.
I guess the question is, should the feds add even another law? Do the pervs coming in have to get a "judicial waiver"?

This is the inevitable consequence of progressives advocating that no culture is any better than another, only different. If they celebrate all cultures and genuinely believe that there is no basis for judging one to better than another, on what grounds can progressives oppose child marriage?
The story suggests that child marriage is a ruse to get a US visa. No doubt that is true in many cases, but child marriage is inherent to certain Muslim and other primitive cultures. It is not necessarily a ruse, but quite likely to be a genuine expression of another culture.
