Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.

Dems are going to insist, that Trump appoint a liberal to replace her. He should appoint Merrik Garland. He worked with Brett Kavanaugh.
trump is under no obligation to maintain parity that is in essence POLITICAL to begin with. Even Democrats would have a difficult time finding legal justification for that.
