Ballot Harvesting eliminates the need for chain of custody. In other words, you can bring a ballot from anywhere and anyone even after the polls are closed. A Democrat wet dream!

Democrats don’t do anything that has no benefits for themselves. More power is almost always the reason they take a position and this is no exception. If there is one thing the last GOP congress should have done before leaving town, it should have been to outlaw ballot harvesting. It clearly cost the Republicans many seats that were legitimately won in November and stolen in December.

No doubt about it, but ballot harvesting is not illegal in California, it is in every other state.
There should be a federal law against “ballot harvesting.”
