I suspect a homeless person would consider Ocasio-Cortez & her parents who lived in Westchester NY.......not the Bronx....wealthy. So, perhaps she should begin with her family.

Great idea Cortex.
Start with Cooper.

She will be the gift that will keep on giving all the way to 2020. The Media is in love with her and they will give her 24/7 coverage. This is a perfect scenario for the GOP.

Yesterdays press briefing with the real border experts from the Border Patrol has NOT been shown at all on NBC CBS ABC CNN MSNBC....So she is saying people that earn under 40k and basically don't pay taxes should pay 10-15%? I might be able to support that.

explaining that if you earn 0 to $75,000 a year, you would only pay 10% or 15% in income tax. So she wants poor people to start paying taxes? Many people under 40k dont' pay anything, so perhaps I could support raising their taxes.

I remember when Carter was pushing the ‘get the rich’ meme. When pressed to define what he considered rich, he settled on anyone making over 13k a year! After some blowback, he redefined that to 19k. Phew!

I like the first part of that. Everyone should pay something......even those who don’t make a lot. Too many folks don’t have any skin in the game so they don’t care how the money is spent.
