My thoughts exactly.
Why have a wall?
A wall will not stop this catch and release.
Build tent cities.
Feed them MREs.
No electricity.

Catch and release is ordered by the courts. DHS is following what the U.S. judges say they must do.
Looks to me like DHS is flooding the sanctuary cities - giving these cities what they wished for. Maybe next time, they might be more careful with their wishes.

Two thousand more criminals roaming the streets. Add a few zeroes and you’re closer to the true number they released.
And that is why I’ve never gotten excited about this wall talk. There are so many other ways they are getting in that a wall is just a symbol. Until the government gets serious about illegal immigration, which I don’t see happening, they’ll continue to be let in, yes let in, in droves. Wall or no wall.
I’m just sick of the lies from all of them while they stand up and spout nonsense to us.
I’m not suggesting this is a solution to the larger issue, but could they at least be required to wear ankle monitors until they show up for court?
This is the reason someone is paying mega bucks to round up large numbers to come at once. To overwhelm the system, triggering laws and regulations about holding times and numbers allowed.
This is being done on purpose to force this to happen, politically to turn Trump supporters against him- long term to force open borders, amnesty.
The dims have been working for decades to get the laws and regulations, previous court decisions in place that force this to happen.
We have to get the wall, and we have to convince Mexico to close their Southern border. Mexico has said they will do that but to my knowledge it has not happened yet.
