In the offices I was in, I can say I got much more done in a shorter period of time than everyone else.

The WH press secretary should establish a policy that all questions must be submitted in writing, no later than 30 min prior to the briefing. Also provide a means for citizens to ask questions via the web page.
Normalize the questions into a re-worded neutral format and then during the question session, read the question and provide the official response and publish to the questions and responses on the WH web page.
Do not accept questions from anyone during the briefing.
Journalists are such an entitled bunch.
They have questions that weren’t rhetorical or cues to launch into monologues?
CNN should be completely an utterly ignored. That activist judge may have forced the White house to allow professional clown Jim Acosta back in, but it doesn’t mean they have to answer any loaded questions he asks.
