Vance Joseph, the now fired head coach at Denver, had only one year of experience as a defensive coordinator, at Miami, when John Elway hired him.
At Miami, Joseph was mediocre at best.
He started the year with four Pro Bowl defensive players.
He finished the year with a bottom ten ranking in almost every important defensive statistic.
The important thing is that he’s Black. /s

Black Americans have an average IQ of 85.
White Americans used to be IQ 101.
