Exactly one US Supreme Court justice in history has been impeached by the House, and he (Samuel Chase, 1804-05) was not convicted/removed by the Senate.

The chances that Roberts will be impeached and removed? Very very very slim to none.....

All court cases involving grand jury subpoenas are sealed. Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e)(5).

It appears that Mueller is again stepping out of bounds.

I look forward to seeing AAG Whitaker NOT going forward with the case. I pray he makes the correct decision.

I would love to be sure that Mueller’s days are numbered.

From what I’m seeing, this was a loss (at least for now) for the bad guys. Having Kavanaugh on there may have helped.

This is not what the Supreme Court did. They ruled in favor of the Judiciary and told DOJ that they had to wait until the courts have considered the case. The Circuit Court will have to hear the arguments and decide on the merits.
