Not so fast. He has no such right not to testify. He has the right to plead the Fifth Amendment in testimony. He has no right to avoid being called to testify.
They're pulling a fast one with verbal sleight of hand. I don't care which political party was behind this, I want the truth laid bare. We all know Republicans were involved in this sordid mess from the outset, just as surely as Democrats were.
“Knowing it” anecdotally and knowing it via Congressional testimony are two entirely different things, legally speaking.
True enough.
And I sure butchered the take on this, attributing him top giving it to entities he didn’t.
