Federal Panel Of Judges Dismisses All 83 Ethics Complaints Against Brett Kavanaugh

A specially appointed federal panel of judges has dismissed all 83 ethics complaints brought against Justice Brett Kavanaugh regarding his conduct at his confirmation hearings.

The judges concluded that while the complaints "are serious," there is no existing authority that allows lower court judges to investigate or discipline Supreme Court justices.

The complaints against Kavanaugh ranged from allegations that he had misled the Senate about some of his activities in the George W. Bush White House to his angry, partisan statements in denying charges of sexual assault in high school.

...the complaints “are serious,”...

Sure. And if someone accuses me of blowing up planet earth, that is serious stuff. But I didn’t do it.

This is very disturbing. It leaves the phony ethics complaints unchallenged, dismissing them on a mere technicality while noting they are “serious”. Kavanaugh’s name should be cleared of these ridiculous phony charges which were so obviously brought for purely partisan political reasons to block his nomination.

Consider the source, NPR. They’ll put as much of an implicative spin on it as possible.

Seems like the liberals don’t know their Constitution. The Supreme Court is, well, SUPREME above ALL OTHER COURTS!....................

So, because he showed anger at being falsely accused, accusations subjecting him and his wife and family to death threats and the most nasty behavior imaginable, he is somehow “guilty” of some professional misconduct? LOL!!!

Well, there is evidence that he did expose himself to female nurses and was nekkid as a jay-bird. Of course, this all happened moments after he was born . . . so if they can press charges and hurl accusations from the time he was a minor in high school, why can’t they do the same for when he was a newborn?

The complaints were serious, but 100% fake.

The pattern of misconduct began early. AND his mother did it too!!! She obviously showed off her lady parts...

“...83 ethics complaints brought against Justice Brett Kavanaugh...”

It shows just how unhinged the Left is.

That is why Palin quit being Governor of Alaska. They just started an endless string of ethics complaints and it would have cost her millions to defend them. They are trying it now with Trump.

This is merely a warm-up for the 1,083 complaints against Trump that will be filed next month.

The complaints are LAUGHABLE.

Look through them yourself.

Some of them are one or two sentences.

Some of them consist of nothing but citations of left-wing news reports.

Many of them have egregious spelling errors.

I found one where the person claimed to be a “law professor teaching professional ethics for more than 20+ years” but then misspelled “disciplined.”

https://www.ca10.uscourts.gov/ce/misconduct/kavanaugh-complaints

These should NEVER have been redacted. I would like to see the names on each of these.
