POWELL: New Facts Indicate Mueller Destroyed Evidence, Obstructed Justice
The Daily Caller ^ | 12/16/18 | Sidney Powell

The Supreme Court held long ago in Brady v. Maryland that the Constitution requires the prosecution, which holds all the cards in a criminal case, to give the defense all evidence favorable to the defendant, whether it impeaches a witness, mitigates punishment or shows his innocence. Indeed, the burden is on prosecutors to find anything in the possession of the government that is favorable to the defense.

From the minute Judge Emmet G. Sullivan received the case against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, which will be decided on Tuesday, he ordered Mueller to provide the defense with all Brady material Last week, Judge Sullivan specifically ordered Mueller to produce any FBI interview reports — called 302s — or memoranda relevant to the original interview of Gen. Flynn. Ironically, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley has been requesting the agents’ notes and 302s for two years. Did Mueller comply?

Destroying evidence and obstructing justice may (technically) be crimes, but they aren’t as serious as “colluding” which is about as bad as the holocaust.

Seems to me that Mueller has committed crimes that far outweigh anything he’s charged others with.

Those fraudulent FISA warrant supporting documents should have had him serving time already.

But will they be held ACCOUNTABLE?

From Comey to Mueller, the entire bunch should be prosecuted and imprisoned.

I would like to see their smug, arrogant faces after a 'guilty' verdict.

If true, justice demands more than Mueller merely being fired.

Ck out Berger v US.

“The United States Attorney is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all; and whose interest, therefore, in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done. As such, he is in a peculiar and very definite sense the servant of the law, the twofold aim of which is that guilt shall not escape or innocence suffer. He may prosecute with earnestness and vigor—indeed, he should do so. But, while he may strike hard blows, he is not at liberty to strike foul ones. It is as much his duty to refrain from improper methods calculated to produce a wrongful conviction as it is to use every legitimate means to bring about a just one.
It is fair to say that the average jury, in a greater or less degree, has confidence that these obligations, which so plainly rest upon the prosecuting attorney, will be faithfully observed.”
“Moreover, we have not here a case where the misconduct of the prosecuting attorney was slight or confined to a single instance, but one where such misconduct was pronounced and persistent, with a probable cumulative effect upon the jury which cannot be disregarded as inconsequential.”

He’s untouchable. The dems and RINOs will protect him no matter what comes out, we all know it.

Everyone who touched those fraudulent FISA supporting documents should go to prison also.

They knew they were politically motivated, and had no shred of evidence to back them up.

There are many in the FBI and I suspect other agencies who should go to prison.

I think there are members of Congress who could also go to prison behind what they knew and remained silent on.

If you want to expand that, this was an attempt at a coup.

We could expand that to members of the media as well.

It’s one big stinking festering mess.

I wouldn’t have believed it several years ago, but I’m on board that type of thinking today.

We have an insurrection on our hands, and many of the (supposed) top leaders on our side are dirty as can be.

How did Mueller, the DOJ and the FBI become independent of all three branches of government? They answer to no one.

“NOTHING GOES ANY FURTHER”

Because the radical left are in firm control of ‘our’ corrupt ‘administrative’ state and ‘our’ corrupt courts.

It’s bad...really bad.

Hillary facing justice? When? On a cold and snowy day in hell. That is when.

From the article: “Not only did Mueller hide this development from Congress, but he destroyed evidence on Strzok’s phone and allowed DOJ to do the same for Page’s phone. That’s a crime.”

When will Mueller face justice? On that same snowy day in hell.

The Justus Department gets a resounding vote of no confidence from me. Justice is only carried out against the defenseless and the little people.
