The saga of Robert Mueller’s mystery subpoena continued yesterday, but only a select few even got to see the players. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals went into a sealed session so secret that the attorneys arguing the case went in undercover, CNN reported. What could possibly be so secret in Mueller’s probe that requires this level of security?
Wanna take a guess who’s name is on the mystery invitation?

If he can, he should dismiss all the charges. The thing is, I’m sure Mueller knew from the beginning of Flynn’s case, that the FBI didn’t go through the regular channels to interview Flynn. He also knew that the agents deliberately withheld the warning to Flynn about lying to the FBI, and he also knew that the 302 report of that interview wasn’t dated until almost 7 months after the interview, which is also not standard procedure. Those things are supposed to be written immediately afterwards. I’d say that any sane prosecutor who knew about those “problems” with the case, wouldn’t have proceeded at all with any charge, because of the probable likelihood that it would blow back in their face. But Mueller went ahead anyway. I don’t know if he thought he could shuck and jive Judge Sullivan, but it didn’t work.
Judge Sullivan....You better believe all kinds of veiled and unveiled threats are being made against him by The Swamp Creatures. Threatening him, his children, grandchildren etc.
No he won't. His life has been spoiled, his reputation soiled. Any trust he may have had in any government agency is forever over. That's not a bad thing though. He's gone through mental anguish, and it may have even affected his health. Whatever General Flynn was forced to experience, I hope the bastards that did it to him have to go through 100 times worse than what they dished out. May they all have very short, and unhappy lives.
I hope the Judge has security protection.
It does seem to indicate a subpoena to Pres. Trump. Seems to be Judge Howell.
My guess is we will not know until after the new Congress is seated in January.
Whatever it LOOKS like, I find it hard to believe that an actual indictment wouldn’t have leaked, but a subpoena would be much less earth-shaking.

Flynn is supposed to be sentenced on tuesday and Mueller has just spit in the judges face and told him it is rain with the Friday response. I don’t think there is going to be a Tueday sentencing but I do think when they are next in court which should be no later than Tuesday that the judge is going to tell the Mueller prosecutors to come back with the stuff he requested or be prepared to spend Christmas in jail for contempt. I don’t really see how he could do anything else. In all likelihood the 302’s were destroyed along with Pientka’s contemporaneous notes which were also subpoenaed. The notes are evidence and the primary evidence that Flynn lied. If they don’t exist the whole basis for bringing the case does not exist. If the prosecutors did not reveal the fact the notes did not exist to defense counsel during disclosure then that is obstruction of justice. I think Mueller is in a world of shit right now.
Now as for what is going on in the DC court rooms let me point out there are two special prosecutors out there. What has John Huber been doing if not looking up Peter Strzok’s ass? Huber was appointed to look into the handling of the Clinton emails and who was in charge of that investigation? Peter Strzok. And who would Mueller really like to keep out from in front of a grand jury right now? And who is a high level government employee with an unlimited budget?
I don’t know what is going on but I read The Prince and I know if you try to kill the king you better not screw it up. There is going to be blood on the floor and a lot of it. Up to now it has been fun and games but from here on out it is kill or be killed.
I think Trump sent a note to them via the SS agent. It was probably just a nice note of condolences, but Jeb and the other bushes HATE Trump. Jeb’s look was more one of disgust.

Trump was MIA on twitter yesterday so my guess is muleass served him. Also there was a story on CNN about muleass and the written answers and wanting to talk to him still. Coincidence? Doubt it.
If the charges are thrown out, Flynn is an innocent man who has paid a fortune in legal fees.
If the charges are thrown out and the Mueller team is cited by the judge for prosecutorial misconduct, then Flynn has the legal standing to recover all of his money -- and more -- from the U.S. taxpayers.
It's probably even less likely with Barr in the AG post as Sessions' permanent replacement.

I really appreciate your comments and insight into the sentencing hearing, and what’s been going on at the DC Circuit. I hadn’t heard about that until the early morning hours of today. All I have been hearing is that Huber hasn’t really done anything, but the cancelling of his appearance with Congress, could well mean that he was busy elsewhere. I’d read he instead made a joint-presentation at some outside meeting. Can’t remember where I read that, but DOJ the statement was made by DOJ Spokeswoman Kerri Kupic. Tried to search anything recent on her, but came up empty.
Mueller is not going to subpoena Hillary or any other big Dem figure. Its going to be Trump. Yes, you’re not supposed to be able to indict a sitting president but since when to laws and procedures apply to the Mueller team.
Agree with what you say. Right now, Judge Sullivan has the greatest opportunity to partially right our justice system by throwing out the made up charges and making Mueller and his henchmen pay not only a legal penalty but also a monetary one. Such an action would not only partially right a massive wrong but also put the DOJ (Rosenstein) and FBI (Wray) on notice that this crap will no longer be tolerated. However, I don’t think we have any judges with the backbone to do such a thing — other than the corrupt Democrat judges.
