People around here tend to exaggerate and assume the worst about Roberts. He’s still way better than any of the liberals on the court. It would be very nice if you are correct.
The Deep State has less power to pressure people than it did before.

If it is ruled unconsitutional, it is back to the drawing board.
The old system will never pass the new Senate. Trump will never sign it.

I agree with you.
Even his landmark ruling that "declared Obamacare constitutional" was no such thing. It was actually a fairly narrow ruling that declared the individual mandate to be a legitimate form of taxation.
And ironically, that ruling may effectively be the undoing of Obamacare once the individual mandate "penalty" was reduced to $0.
