When Professor Christine Blasey-Ford testified against the Supreme Court nomination of then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh, my very first impression was that her voice sounded fake. She sounded like a scared little girl, her voice tremulous, creating an impression of sadness and vulnerability – just the thing to create sympathy. I immediately wondered if this was some sort of act, or if her mental state was somehow altered for her performance on national television. As a former professor myself, I wondered how on Earth she could command a classroom with that scared little girl voice.

this is one of those few cases where a person needs to be harassed by the public till they make a public apology...the women purged her self providing paid for testimony....normally think it is best not to do things like this but a line was crossed and we need to make others fearful of crossing that line... and yes I no it is a libral tactic I propose.

You are right. But, sad to say, the GOP was afraid of what the liberals and media would say, if they had questioned Ford more forcefully.
I hate that this is what we have to cope with, but, the media had their narrative set up, that Christine Ford was this innocent vestal virgin , and the GOP was afraid of video of her being questioned sharply, and what would be said about such questioning.
