I thought it was a coolant gas when I learned it boils at low temperatures just like r22 does.

When the left fringe (aka: socialists) take over the Executive and Legislative branches of government EVERYbody at NASA will be herded off to the education camp over this blasphemy.

No. Anthony Watts lays it out here and the original NASA press release is below it. Yes there is a difference between upper & lower atmosphere dynamics, but labeling CO2 as alarmists do is egregiously-wrong: Without CO2, much of the Earth would be a snowball with a narrow equatorial band exclusively supporting a mostly ice-free summer/spring ecosystem. This study essentially undermines all “global warming” research which claims that higher CO2 will cause runaway warming. Hogwash.
I never believed in the integrity of the ice core air sample data interpretation to begin with.

The reduced solar output is now producing a cooling trend in Earth’s climate so now so scientists are trying to figure out a “ new science” way to blame atmospheric CO2 for “Global Cooling “ in order to keep the CO2 Research machine and cap and trade income redistribution scams alive
Solar output is the single dominant parameter in Earth’s weather and and mean temperature and the suns output varies significantly over time.
Since the suns output is far from constant, a fundamental fallacy of all global warming research is the basic assumption that climate models have any way of looking backward in history to any point in time before the actual solar output of the sun was measured because the amount of solar radiation is the dominant factor and starting point for any climate model’s calculations
This is basic thermodynamics and heat transfer, but it is a basic heat transfer principle almost completely unaddressed by the global warming community.
Most global warming research like the arctic ice core sample studies are akin to pulling the leftovers of a cooked Thanksgiving turkey from the previous year out of the refrigerator and doing a very sophisticated forensic analysis to try to determine the temperature of the oven it was cooked in
Looking forward in time to make climate model based climate predictions is simply not doable because it is impossible to predict the sun’s solar output at any given time in the future.

Carbon dioxide does not boil, at least not under conditions common on earth. It changes from solid directly to gas form, a process known as “sublimination.”
More importantly, without CO2, there would be no life on earth. And in that case, the temperature and geology would be utterly irrelevant.

OH, NOES!!! Back to the future, 1976, man is causing global freezing. While it's true that the earths average temperature is cooling, it is because of inactivity of sun spots, nothing to do with your back yard grill.
The left is finally going to get global temperature prediction correct, they are going to freeze their ass off for 3-4 centuries, and will not like this outcome.
