The welfare class need to be kept right where they are, stuck on the dole. It’s all about voting blocks.

California is one of only 4 states that I’ve never been to. It must be a wonderful place. I can’t understand why anyone stays.

Just the other day I was thinking that California doesn’t have enough taxes.
Notice the weasel word "may". If you are the one person in a hundred who calls rather than texts you might pay less in taxes. Maybe.
Also, see the part where the tax might be retroactive for five years. Nothing quite like a ex post facto law.
Too bad the article writer was too lazy to include a tax rate as a percentage or per text fee.

You and I are of the same opinion on this. The only question is whether these millennials are politically astute to understand they’re being screwed over.
