A very pleasant good Tuesday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country and thanks Lauren for the tour of one of my local area's military facilities.

There's Ft. Sill, There's Altus Air Force Base, then there's Shepard. Located in Wichita Falls Texas, which is where my mom and dad (God Rest Their Soul) got married on September 6th, 1950.

So, how's everyone this morning?

How was your day? Everything go well with your doctor appointment?

I guess I remembered it wrong. I thought it was really dry and you were worried about the soy beans shriveling up. Well, it’s late. LOL!

Brr...that does sound cold! Hope you have lots of covers. I think I have my portable warmer tonight. Peaches ain’t budging.

Howdy, EGC! You always get here just as I’m getting ready to go to sleep. We have to quit meeting like this. LOL!

Hope you and Gizmo had fun at the lake today. Did he run away from you again? Was it a bit warmer today?

Everything went well with the doctor’s appointment. We’ll see how the dentist goes today. Yes, Gizmo did his usual running.

You remembered well. It got a bit dry at the wrong time for the beans and they were smaller than desired but there was still a decent harvest. Overall, it wasn’t too dry a year though. We’ve had years when it was so dry, the crops were a loss. That’s the kind of year we’re overdue for and we don’t want.

It must still be cloudy because the temp hasn’t dropped as much as expected .... so far. I haven’t stepped outside to look. LOL! It’s supposed to bottom out around 20 and has plenty of time yet to do it. Its supposed to get up to the mid 40s and that won’t be too bad.

Surprise, surprise, Peaches ain’t budgin’. He didn’t like being out all night in the cold the other night. Who can blame him? :-)

Glad the doctor appointment went well. Chasing Gizmo around probably has you in real good shape. :-)

EEEEEEK on the dentist appointment today. That’s NEVER fun. My sympathies.
