John Dean is not exactly a great source. The whole Watergate coverup was his operation, and there are a number of publications that lay blame for the break in at his feet as an attempt to hide his wife’s past.

That's what I thought until yesterday.
The public details of Cohen's plea are sparse.
However, MSM sources are claiming that Cohen - at Trump's direction - used his own money (Cohen's money) to pay off Stormy.
One MSM source is also claiming that Cohen committed financial fraud on his home loan application to obtain the money he eventually paid to Stormy.
Since Cohen taped his conversations with Trump, these possibilities are definitely something we need to be prepared for.
Dean’s opinion on anything is worth less than cow dung. The Dems love it, which is more proof of its worthlessness.
Interesting how they want to prosecute the victim; PDJT, in this blackmail/extortion scheme.
Using Cohen’s money, when Trump paid him back, is just an indirect means of Trump paying. Trump is not the first, nor will he be the last, to do things this way for their own reasons. It is not illegal, and Trump did not testify or give a sworn deposition about it. Nothing is illegal here.
Now, if the Dems are going to keep harping on this nonsense, I say that it is time for Trump to bring up the Congressional sexual harassment slush fund. At least Trump didn’t mistreat Stormy - it was consensual - if anything even happened.
