The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a temporary restraining order against a Trump administration policy that denies asylum to illegal aliens.
The 2-1 decision is the latest setback the 9th Circuit has rendered to President Donald Trump’s immigration agenda.
“Just as we may not, as we are often reminded, ‘legislate from the bench,’ neither may the executive legislate from the oval office,” Judge Jay Bybee wrote for the majority. Former President George W. Bush appointed Bybee to the bench, and the judge has a conservative reputation.

We have not heard boo from the republican party on any of this. They were elected for the same platform and reasons Trump was. Yet Trump is the only one doing, or even saying anything about this crap and corruption in DC. Screw the republican party, they are as corrupt as the democrats, msm and the deep state. Time for a new party, I’m completely done with the republicans.
I don’t remember voting for the 9th circuit for president or to be in charge of immigration.
The Republicans in Congress could change any immigration law by tomorrow noon, if they so chose to.
Trump could sign it by one o’clock.

Trump swore to uphold the Constitution and so did the judges and every person who has served in Congress.
No treaty, statute or judicial opinion can override a Constitutional imperative.

Most all of the 9th circuit justice’s are one of Jordan Peterson’s 15%ers with an IQ of 83 or less!
Hopefully the Attorney General will force every 9th Circuit Block to the Supreme Court. In the meantime ignore every 9th circuit court ruling.
