Judicial Watch announced today that, in a ruling excoriating both the U.S. Departments of State and Justice, U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth has ordered both agencies to join Judicial Watch in submitting a proposed schedule for discovery into whether Hillary Clinton sought to evade the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by using a private email system and whether the State Department acted in “bad faith” by failing to disclose knowledge of the email system. Why doesn’t he just rescind JFK’s EO that allowed unions in the federal civil service? It’s not legislation its an EO! EO are a presidential prerogative, a president should be able to undo one previously made! Why? Because he will be immediately taken to federal court! Remember he was taken to federal court over DACA which was a law, wasn’t even a EO but was basically a memo issued to DHS & immigration! How did it end up being treated by a federal court as a law? Well it was ! And I guess still is ! He needs a USC where he can guarantee the outcome and he needs more conservative judges to stop such non-sense before it gets to the USSC. So firing people yes he could do, but it would be in the courts ad nauseum! A few federal rulings against that nonsense would stop it. Of course the voting public made it harder by giving the Rats the House (Cheating or not they have the House! To fix that we need a slam dunk at USSC!). So I predict little thats really important will happen for the next 2 years.
The Session fiasco made the last 2 years unnecessarily hard. Oh yeah “Trust the Plan!”.
Someone should have given Trump “The Prince” to read right before the inauguration! Timeless advice there!

In other words, yes, this may go somewhere since the left are ready to toss the Clintons under the bus to get them off the political stage.
