The Clintons have violated laws. It’s embarrassing that they have not been held to account in a country that is supposed to enforce laws.
Furthermore, Clinton granted SGE waivers to her closest staffers—such as Mills, Huma Abedin, Declan Kelly, and approximately 100 others—that allowed these staffers to work for both the State Department and other for-profit entities. SGE status is essentially a conflict of interest waiver.
The State Department is responsible for approving commercial arms sales to foreign countries, and the secretary of state determines which countries get approved. Hillary Clinton’s State Department approved commercial weapons sales totaling $165 billion to 20 countries that donated to the Clinton Foundation, according to an analysis by International Business Times. Under Hillary Clinton’s direction, the State Department increased weapons sales 143 percent to 16 Clinton Foundation foreign donors—$151 billion in total sales, compared with just over $105 billion for the same time period under the Bush administration. Five countries with notorious human-rights abuses donated large sums to the Clinton Foundation and saw more than 97 percent increases in their State Department-approved weapons deals.
According to a 2009 diplomatic cable, Secretary Clinton knew that entities within the United Arab Emirates supported terrorism.
Nonetheless, the UAE received a 10-fold increase—one of the largest—in Clinton-approved weapons sales. Sales to the UAE totaled nearly $25 billion during Clinton’s tenure, compared with $2.2 billion during the comparable period under Clinton’s predecessor.
The UAE is a major Clinton Foundation donor.
It is unclear why the Crown Prince chose to reach out to the State Department through the Clinton Foundation backchannel. However, the email is a clear indication that the foundation served as a backchannel for donor access to the Clinton State Department. Boeing, Lockheed, and Clinton Speeches
Bill Clinton was reportedly paid $625,000 for speeches sponsored by entities that benefitted from arms-purchase approvals by Secretary Clinton’s State Department. The speeches included a $175,000 keynote address paid for by the Kuwait-America Foundation, hosted at the Kuwaiti ambassador’s house and sponsored in part by Boeing. Kuwait has donated between $5 million and $10 million to the Clinton Foundation and received increased weapons sales during Secretary Clinton’s tenure.

While Hillary Clinton’s lawyers are stalling Congress and “negotiating” the terms of her testimony before the Benghazi committee—an option not allowed to ordinary Americans like bankers, executives, or accountants, federal Judge Emmet G. Now Judge Sullivan has chiseled a line in concrete. He has given the State Department only a week—until August 7—to get some answers from Hillary Clinton, and her top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills—under penalty of perjury. Last night on NewsMax TV with Emmy-award winning host Ed Berliner, I noted that Judge Sullivan recently reopened the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch to obtain emails from Huma Abedin, the top Clinton aide who is married to infamous and disgraced former Congressman Anthony Wiener. Judge Sullivan reopened the case when he learned that Clinton and her staff used personal email accounts to conduct government business.

Sen Charles Grassley has been pressing the State Department to answer questions over Huma Abedin’s lucrative govt job arrangement facilitated by then-SoS Hillary. Sen Grassley wrote: “It appears that one of Abedin’s clients, the Clinton-connected Teneo Strategies founded by Doug Band-—said to be the toll booth to pay up to get access to the Clintons. Doug Band is the one that facilitated the Clintons’ big buck speaking engagements as part of the access deals.

Then in October 2010, Hillary's State Department directly awarded Soliya $1.25 million for a media technology project. “Muslim Huma helped Muslim Omar make KIT appear more valuable because of its association with the Alliance of Civilizations, which was approved by Secy Hillary and funded in part by U.S. grants (tax dollars),” said an attorney familiar with the case.
“This helped Muslim Omar raise money for KIT, which he and his Muslim brother misappropriated for other purposes. Approximately $6 million tax dollars vanished.”
Muslim Amanat took KIT Digital public in August 2009. At the time, Amanat, known as "a serial swindler,” was in personal bankruptcy and being sued by other investors. Despite his shady reputation, the Muslim still managed to gain special access to US government tax dollars thanks to his ties to his well-positioned Muslim cousin and his donations to the Clinton Foundation.
THE MONEY LAUNDRY Records show that Muslim Omar Amanat and several other Abedin Muslim family members and related Muslim charities have together donated as much as $1.2 million to the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative, as well as the Clinton Health Access Initiative.
Omar Amanat, Abedin's Muslim cousin, who personally contributed as much as $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation, was officially appointed to the Council on Foreign Relations during thea time that Hillary Clinton was serving as US secretary of state.

While the FBI has apparently closed its espionage investigation into Clinton’s unsecured private email server (the House has reopened it), its public corruption investigation into the Clinton Foundation remains open.
It’s not clear if this still-active probe overlaps with the Amanat fraud investigation. However, investigators reportedly continue to look into alleged “pay-for-play” schemes involving the Clinton State Department and the Clinton Foundation and its wealthy donors, as well as entities that paid the Clintons millions of dollars in speaking fees.
Judicial Watch and other government watchdog groups have charged that the Clinton Foundation was a pay-for-play operation that rewarded its benefactors with State Department favors. And tax dollars....all you could possibly want.
I will be shocked if any such “investigation” leads anywhere but down a memory hole.
Yep. The statute of limitation on racketeering is 10 years. The Clinton Foundation, Bill, and Hillary committed many predicate acts under federal law. The fact they organized to do so and were either directly or indirectly involved is more than obvious!!
You might be right Dave. But since the press is so corrupt that they don't care about crimes committed by the Clintons OR any democrats it's our responsibility to keep these issues alive for the sake of history.
Some day the press will be totally discredited and it'd be nice if future citizens knew some of us objected to the corruption and the cover-ups.
