It was an alarming sight at one of the most well-known attractions in Philadelphia.
Viewer video shows ATVs and dirt-bikes racing down the steps of the Art Museum while tourists look on.
The viewer who sent it to Action News was hoping we could get some answers from police.
"There was a group of people who arrived on ATVs and dirt bikes and motorbikes riding up and down the stairs," said that viewer, who asked only to be identified as Ray.
It happened around 4:45 p.m. Monday. The riders were seen barreling down the steps and doing donuts on the plaza, leaving skid marks behind

I watch a lot of those “dirt bikes vs police” youtube videos. They are pretty interesting. It includes both two wheel and four wheelers on public streets and they literally taunt the police and then just leave. The police are powerless to do anything about it, for the most part.
I even saw one from the Police dodge charger dash cam. He’s chasing a dirt bike and on a corner he rolls the cruiser.
I can think of a lot of solutions.
Rock salt and a shotgun would be the funniest.
In another thread we accused California of turning into a third world country.
Black “Youths” I think. It was reminiscent of the video of the people on New York City highways being harassed by a large gang of largely black and hispanic “youths” on motorcycles that were surrounding cars, darting in and out of traffic, just being general a-holes.

I love how witnesses of ATVs or dirt bikes in the streets are encouraged to call 911 after displaying that police policy is that they will not pursue any ATVs or dirt bikes with motorized vehicles.
And I’m sure if any armed citizens defend themselves or others against those who recklessly endanger them will of course be arrested.
The most gratifying would be Sylvester “Rambo” Stallone with his M-60 emptying a belt while shredding the ATV’s and their riders into pink mists and fiberglass shards.
Well, in this case with gas powered toys it can’t be Amish youts...so what other kinda youts would do this mayhem?
They aren’t cheap toys, either...
Anything that angers Filthydelphians is a good thing. It is one of the top ten liberal sh!th0les in this country.
Of course, I'm sure he has his CCL as does his armed security details.
That's why you should drive an old beater truck like this. You don't have to worry about little scratches or small dings from the handlebars or motorcycle fenders you "accidentally" encounter as these little Evel Knievels whiz by...
