Trump should establish a play to pay model

He should confiscate all the clinton foundation funds and assets and put them in escrow.

He should then pay from escrow to a private company $25 billion that the company will then spend n the wall.

In 6 years, after the crisis is over, the funds can be returned to the now dead foundation

About 60 days prior to the 2016 election....the Ministry of the Environment in Germany shuffled four-million Euro (5-million dollars)
to the Clinton Foundation....but they didn’t admit this to the German public for about four months (late Nov 2016).
The hefty donation was simply to get a seat at the table after Hillary’s win, and the Ministry intended to have a ‘big’ seat.....
NOTE one journalist casually mentioned that around 5-10 % of the do-good Foundation money goes to actual charity work....
the rest goes to (cough) operational costs.

A Berlin court ordered Germany’s far-right party to retract a false accusation that the country's environment ministry gave money
to Hillary Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign. Georg Pazderski, leader of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AFD) party, was ordered to scrub its website of the accusation and issue a correction stating that the German ministry "paid no money whatsoever to support the Hillary's election campaign,”Deutsche Welle news reported.

Pazderski and his party claimed that millions that Germany’s Federal Environment Ministry donated to the Clinton Foundation’s climate initiatives in Africa were really funneled into Clinton’s campaign.

The Clinton Foundation was (cough) funding projects in Africa as part of the International Climate Initiative, the newspaper reported. Germany’s Federal Environment Ministry first began donating to the initiative in 2013 — years before Clinton kicked off her race for the White House.

The court ruled that the false accusations recklessly jeopardized “public confidence" in the federal ministry by
making the claim that a German agency had intervened in the U.S. election. The populist AFD first made the
accusation in a November 2016 press release that Pazderski wrote, Deutsche Well noted.

The environmental ministry won a court battle against AFD weeks after the claim went up but the now the group will have to issue a retraction.

If the AfD had said it went to the Foundation, which only 10-percent of the funding actually does charity work, and the rest goes to staff and costs...they would have been correct. This was another episode by the AfD showing a lack of maturity, and the court was correct in saying it was not campaign funding.

ITEM The Dallas office of the IRS's investigation into Clinton Foundation public filings found missing disclosures concerning Clinton Foundation donations from foreign governments Other glaring discrepancies should have triggered payment of substantial fines, penalties, and interest to government treasuries long ago.

Then-NYAG Eric Schneiderman Let Clinton Foundation skip identifying foreign donors
By Bob Fredericks September 6, 2016 | 9:37pm

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman gave the Clinton Foundation a pass on identifying foreign donors in its charitable filings — making it impossible to know if it got any special favors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, according to a report Tuesday.

Scripps News found that the foundation and its subsidiary, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, took in $225 million in government donations between 2010 and 2014. New York’s charity law clearly states: “Organizations that received a contribution or grant from a government agency during the reporting period shall include the name of each agency from which contributions were received and the amount of each contribution.” But both the foundation and the CHAI failed to do that, and Schneiderman, a member of Clinton’s “leadership council” in New York and a fierce critic of Donald Trump, did nothing about it.

On its website, the Clinton Foundation reveals its foreign donors, but using only broad ranges, such as $5 million to $10 million, without any time frames. The IRS doesn’t require such disclosures. In 2009, Clinton’s first year at the State Department, the foundation disclosed a lump sum of $122 million in foreign-government donations in its New York paperwork, posting the total amount on a form that requires all charities to “list each government contribution separately.”

Clinton spokesman Josh Schwerin said, “This is a ridiculous accusation. The Clinton Foundation goes above and beyond the disclosure requirements by listing every donor on their website and updating the list quarterly.” Schneiderman’s office said, “The Clinton Foundation’s disclosures regarding funding from foreign governments are in compliance with New York law.”

Other charities complied, including the George W. Bush foundation, which reported receiving $5 million from Saudi Arabia and $500,000 from Kuwait.

Hillary and the smirking Eric Schneiderman (right).
E/S was recently ousted from office after charges he spat at,
choked and slapped women he was intimate with.
He called one woman of color his "brown slave."
He even threatened to tap one woman's phone.

Oh, phooey......stop micromanaging what is clearly a Clinton Foundation money-laundering operation.

Remember Billy’s “pass-through account.”

Money rec’d in the AM wnt out by PM and no record of a transaction.

Money could have gone anywhere....hedge fund, another foundation, an offshore bank......a numbered account in Switzerland (when they still used them)......

The Swiss secret/numbered accounts have disappeared over the past twenty years. That’s long gone. They’ve had to go and invent newer platforms (like you see mentioned in the Panama Paper’s story which still consumes investigative journalism.

I do agree...it’s used up in some fashion or hidden. Few people realize that when Hillary was about to step into the Secretary of State job....she desperately wanted Sid Blumenthal to be hired as a gov’t employee. Oddly, the Obama-team said ‘no’. She attempted a second hiring about two months later....same answer as a contracted employee. So Hillary hired Sid...through the Foundation. Between his salary, taxes, social security, etc....he had to be costing them $250,000 a year, which came out as operational costs to the Foundation charity. There’s probably over a million spent on Sid for the four years she served as Sec of State.....all charity money.

Either Ortel or Schweizer said the Clinton Foundation should lose their non-profit status (should have lost it years ago) - the statement was made that this is the worst thing that can happen to a non-profit because it is retroactive. Everyone who gave money & got a charitable deduction gets a tax bill - there would be a lot of folks hit hard & furious at the Clintons. The Clintons personally would have financial/tax issues of epic proportions. If Trump wants to see the Clintons “punished” for pay-to-play & gosh knows what all else, I think the CF losing non-profit would be a better punishment than jail in a lot of ways. We all pretty much know it’s unrealistic to think Hillary or Bill would ever serve a day in jail, but it is totally realistic/possible/doable to revoke the CF’s non-profit status. CF has been what has allowed the Clintons to live the “high life”, maneuver and influence politics, and it’s about the only reason anyone pays them much attention. Since Hilly lost the election, donations to the CF are WAY down ... the need/greed for “relevance” is why HillBilly is doing their stupid tour.

"Pay to play", also know as "bribery".

I prefer the quaint old term, "quid pro quo."

One of the sleaziest of the Clinton cronies is Sid Blumenthal, who had his greedy hands deep inside Secy Hillary's the State Dept cookie jar. Sid crawled out of nowhere in the 90s, and continues to slither around, cashing checks from the Clinton Foundation and assorted US govt entities. An expose of this guy is long overdue. Think Obama is a carefully-crafted zero? Take a gander at Blumenthal.

================================================

ITEM--Sid was banned from govt employment by Obama (although some think this was a ruse), but at the same time Blumenthal was pushing Secy of State Clinton to all-out war in Libya. Suck-up Sid was privately pushing his business interests WRT contracts with the "new" Libyan government — a government that would exist only after US military intervention in Libya that deposed Qaddafi.
ITEM--Blumenthal was engaged in massive conflicts of interest since he was simultaneously
(a) being paid by The Clinton Foundation, (b) paid by Hillary's 2016 PAC organizers, (c) paid by private businesses w/ interests in Libya,
(D) scoring some $50 million from the State Dept for a bogus project in Africa--partnered with Valerie Plane's hubby.
If Secy Clinton knew all that, then her actions in circulating memos composed by Blumenthal were egregious. If she did not know, her recklessness is subject to US laws.

=====================================================

LAUGH BREAK---to its donors---and to the world beyond---the Clinton Foundation hired Sid Blumenthal to (wait for it) "promote Bill's presidential legacy." That's what Sid was supposed to be doing for his hefty $325,000 foundation salary. But the implications of these Blumenthal revelations are huge, as the Washington Free Beacon points out:

<><> Among newly revealed Benghazi e-mails were a pair of messages from July 2011 in which Blumenthal described efforts to secure Libyan government contracts for Osprey Global Solutions, a company in which Blumenthal has admitted to having a financial interest. The self-promoting Blumenthal warned Clinton that French companies were looking to scoop up security contracts from the Transitional National Council, the revolutionary government of the Libyan resistance, and plugged Osprey’s ability to be an American counterweight. “It puts Americans in a central role without being direct battle combatants,” Blumenthal wrote of Osprey’s TNC contract. He described his efforts in “putting this arrangement together through a series of connections, linking the Libyans to Osprey and keeping it moving.”

Clinton obediently forwarded that message to Jake Sullivan, her deputy chief of staff, and asked to discuss it later.

Make them even madder------The Clinton Foundation was cleared in Arkansas as a non-profit fund-raiser for his Arkansas-based library.......only.

IT WAS NEVER cleared as a global do-good fund-raiser.

The Clinton Foundation has raised more than $2 billion since 1997, and has given out how much in genuine charitable donations? $2 million?

Page 16 of the document (link in comment 40) talks about this (excerpted - more detail at link):

So, a tax-exempt corporation can not validly serve changing and vague purposes, particularly if it does not bother to constitute itself within the legal jurisdictions in which it operates or make truthful and complete informational returns in its interactions with regulators and legal authorities.

Since formation in 1997, the Clinton Foundation has allegedly changed its principal purpose from being an archival repository based in Little Rock, Arkansas to addressing a more broadly defined suite of global issues in numerous countries.

One overarching, general question is whether the Clinton Foundation validly changed its original tax-exempt purpose between July 2002 and December 2005, as it expanded its focus on addressing the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Did the Clinton Foundation truthfully and completely disclose the full sweep of its international activities, the extended nature of relationships with partners and contractors in this effort, and the entire financial consequences, particularly those outside the United States with foreign and domestic persons?

As subsequent sequels will make clear, an area of acute, continuing concern is “inurement”—how individuals and other entities may have derived “private benefit” that is more than “insubstantial” through activities in concert and related to those of the Clinton Foundation.

In detail, later sequels will demonstrate why we suspect private benefits may have inured to the benefit of key Clinton Foundation personnel and question why IRS employees and other functionaries failed to take appropriate disciplinary actions, mandated under prevailing laws.

The foundation was nothing more than a money laundering system......many are. You note how quickly these foundations spring up in any nation coming out of a conflict of any kind as well..They certainly did in Ukraine....until they shipped the Gov. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to the US.
