DES MOINES, Iowa — Sen. Chuck Grassley says he will not support any Republican challenger to President Donald Trump in the primary ahead of the 2020 election.
Grassley said Wednesday he will be supporting Trump.

Rush alluded to this yesterday, how Trump went in and did not have a cadre of legislators to do his bidding on the Hill, or in Dirksen, or basically anywhere in the Swamp to help beat the mandarins back.
Sen. Grassley has really stepped up and I hope there's a Medal of Freedom in it for him in the next 2 years.
Grassley is one of only 4-5 US Senators that side with the citizens and the rule of law.
Most of the rest want to “Comprehensively Screw Americans Out Of Their Country”
We have to start electing more Senators that side with US.
Grasshole knows the fix is in so he can come out in full Kabuki regalia

Primary challenges to incumbents often end with the other party winning the White House. I hope more such as grassley will preemptively knock down any talk of support for a primary challenge.
I don’t believe it, this is nothing more then an attempt to placate us. These guys have done nothing to help Trump, if fact I think they have been supporting mueller all along. Remember when mueller was selected? They all said what a perfect choice he was. Now look at mueller’s history, he is a guided missal that always gets his man even when completely innocent. The gang of eight had to be involved with the surveillance on Trump’s campaign, they stood silent and I believe fully supported it. grassley can say this now because he knows Trump will not be running. We have been had.
Sen. Grassley is savvy enough to count votes and understand limits, something social media commentators don’t have to be limited by. Encouraging any president on your own side to outrun his support is a very bad idea.

True. Linda and grasshole were supporting the mueller coup against Trump for the last year and a half. They just recently changed their tunes. Meaning, they all need to be brought to justice.

This is in relation to the Iowa Caucuses. Grassley’s response was to a question during his regular teleconference with Iowa journalists. They asked about Kasich.
Note that on the same topic, Jeff Kaufmann, Chairman of the Republican Party of Iowa, said this about primary challengers:
“If those challengers are criticizing Republicans and the President, I’ll push back.”

This is the real point of Chuck's and Lindsey's early endorsements. They want to ensure Kasich, Romney, Corker, Flake, Sasse and the rest of the Never Trumpers know that the door is closed. We need more GOP leadership to step up in order to squash them before they get started.
