OK, so we are supposed to believe that Putin's intelligence agencies were so sloppy and clueless that they left enough evidence behind to link them to a hack of the DNC computers, but they are also going to be capable of making, and somehow sending out fake videos that nobody will be able to detect.

How dumb to do we have to be to believe that "the Russians" are simultaneously stupid enough to be caught in a garden variety email server hack and total geniuses able to use more than state of the art video forging technology perfectly?
