Very few people took notice when far left Governor Jerry Brown signed the changes in AB1921 into law two years ago.
As a result, California lost 7 of its 14 Republican House seats this election cycle.
Ballot harvesting is illegal in most states. In Texas, New York and Pennsylvania they arrest people for ballot harvesting.
Orange County, traditionally a conservative enclave in Southern California turned all blue after Democrats found hundreds of thousands of votes post election day.
Republicans such as Mimi Walters, Dana Rohrabacher and Young Kim were all ahead election night only to lose their races after late ballots were counted.
The amount of mail-in ballots counted in Orange County were unprecedented – a whopping 250,000 ballots were produced in OC as a result of the new “ballot harvesting” law.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:
In Orange County alone, where every House seat went Democratic, “the number of Election Day vote-by-mail dropoffs was unprecedented — over 250,000,” Fred Whitaker, chairman of the county Republican Party, said in a note to supporters. “This is a direct result of ballot harvesting allowed under California law for the first time. That directly caused the switch from being ahead on election night to losing two weeks later.”
The voting system in California is so bad that a Democrat in California’s 21st district who was down by 6.4% on election night ended up winning three weeks later.
The Democrats don’t even hide their blatant voter fraud anymore – they just pass laws to make election fixing legal and the Republican party just sits back and allows it.
Even Paul Ryan, the RINO of all RINOs questioned the suspicious results in California.
If conservatives don’t fight back, the left will implement “ballot harvesting” laws across the country and steal every election going forward.

they arrest people for ballot harvesting. yeah right, a desk appearance and if you are a minority a forgiveness certificate and a promise you will never do it again.
“Ballot harvesting.” This is an Orwellian concept that is almost as bad as the dead vote in Chicago.
If there is any spine left in the California Republican Party, they will fight this tooth and nail.
1) Challenge this on Constitutional grounds
2) Try and overturn this through a Proposition direct to the voters
3) Embarrass the Democrats publically over and over again with just how corrupt this is. Beat them with it at every opportunity.
This is one of those issues that can be easily understood by the public. Publicize that the state is encouraging voters to hand their ballots to third parties, who will do Lord know what with them. Hammer this attack repeatedly.

Elections in this country are a bad joke thanks to the commie regressives.
All of it continuing until the whole thing collapses under it’s own weight and contradictions, similar to what happened in the Soviet Union and East Bloc. The people who do this as part of the free lunch for themselves and others ultimately cheat themselves in the long run.

This is a good article explains how they cheated. They sent ‘canvassers’ door to door to get people to fill out absentee ballots. They likely instructed many how to fill them out, intimidated people by their very presence, denied them the right to abstain, and passed over GOP registered houses.
CA law allows any individual to collect and turn over bulk numbers of ballots collected in this manner.
Lawsuit must be filed to prevent this, it violates the Constitutionally prescribed method for Presidential elections (1st Tuesday after 1st Monday in November), is ripe to abuse, represents intimidation just by showing up at people’s homes telling them when how why to fill out a ballot, provenance of the ballots remains questionable, as does ballot integrity through poor chain of custody requirements, and to the degree of fraud involved disenfranchises legitimate votes.
Should not be permitted on many legal grounds.
I also think the open primary system is a violation of freedom of association, but not sure if that has been litigated.
Same thing happened to the incumbent Lake County, IL republican sheriff. He won on election day but lo and behold after the democrat vote harvesting he lost. Should be an executable crime....millions didn’t die for this shit.
At least we don’t have someone like Roy Moore in office. He is so not nice./sar/ We have to elect some black Ops or people who don’t like to lose.
