So is the third time the “charm?”

Sleeping in public, repeatedly.

It’s getting UNSEEMLY.

Come on, all these expectations are crushing her.

She’ll die in the seat before she retires and lets Trump replace her with an originalist.

Buzzie will be gone soon enough. Trump needs to get the next one right. Roberts is Kennedy’s replacement.

...some alarmed Democrats are growing resentful that Ginsburg didn’t retire when Barack Obama was in office and she had the chance to give up her seat to a like-minded judge.

In other words just like PDJT said, an 'Obama judge.'

She wasn’t recently in the hospital because of cancer. She was because she broke her rips when she fell.

How can Roberts be Kennedy’s replacement and besides Robert’s most of the time goes with his fellow Republican justices

“Democrats are growing resentful that Ginsburg didn’t retire when Barack Obama was in office and she had the chance to give up her seat to a like-minded judge.”

She was going to hand appointment of her seat off to the first woman president, which was to be Clinton. She figured wrong. Trump will get to make that appointment. Sucks to be you, RBG.

Quite a few political junkies like myself think “Democrats” engineered Scalia’s death. Why didn’t they knock ole Buzzard off while they were at it and give Obama 2 appointments to make?

We “now” know the Republicans actually grabbed some sac and didn’t approve Merrick but that was a surprise for all.

I-m sure PDJT has a good nominee ready to replace her, whether she lasts one hour or one week or even a month

she’s pretty clearly stayed far over her time, just looking at her she should definitely retire while she still can, imho

Watch, he’s already talking crap about judicatory independence. Have you heard and watched the act from the 9 th circuit? Have you forgot the pretzel he made to support Obamacare care? Maybe you don’t remember Obama’s rebuke of the court.

She won’t retire under Trump. She’ll either drop over dead in public, or she’ll be propped up some way or other.

Nobody mentions the *reason* she didn’t want to surrender her seat during Obama. It is because she believes her seat is a “Jewish” seat. Obama was quite clear he would nominate someone who wasn’t Jewish.

While this sounds like a ridiculous assertion on the surface, for years the liberals and leftists have wanted to permanently label seats on their court for their various interest groups.

As you might expect, the RINOs in the senate actually wanted to accommodate, in convoluted ways, what the Democrats wanted. For example, by supporting Clarence Thomas to take Thurgood Marshall’s “black seat”; though the Democrats soon realized that Thomas was not one of their “liberal plantation blacks”, but instead, their worst nightmare.

Don’t look for sense or reason from leftists, including RBG.
