One easily can read between the lines of a frustrated and perplexed Chief Justice John Roberts when he now desperately claims, with patent nonsense and perhaps even a dry sense of humor, that “we do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.” Of course we do! The ACLU knows that we do. Roberts knows that we do. Everyone knows that. The radical “Progressive” cabal of Democrats and their Left Media stooges know it. Heck, the Obama and Clinton judges know it.
Why did The Resistance go to war trying to destroy Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh? Why does the ACLU always run to the Ninth Circuit, up and down the West Coast, instead of seeking justice from a conservative appellate circuit in the Deep South? As Chief Judge of the Supreme Court, Roberts’s thankless job is to do his best to uphold the rule of law and the appearance of impartial justice. So, in the face of two years, non-stop, of Obama and Clinton judges usurping the Constitutional roles assigned to the legislative and executive branches, Roberts puts on his best poker face and says what he must to salvage the public image of his federal judiciary, the one over which he presides and by which history will judge his tenure. That judgment will be blighted by too many radical-left ideologues motivated more by anti-Trump politics than by objective Constitutional fidelity. So the Chief Justice mouths the mantra expected of him, an Aesop spinning his best fable. (And the fable even has a moral: Don’t book a judge by his cover.) But Roberts knows his denial is stuff and nonsense, and that it sounds ridiculous — even borderline delusional...

If judges were all the same we wouldn’t have an all out bar brawl every time one gets nominated.
As Chief Justice, it is also his job to control FISA judges. Useless Roberts just sits on his ass.
Of course judges are chosen according to whether their judicial outlook AND personal loyalties comport with the political powers that appointed and confirmed them. It’s in the friggin constitution Mr. CJ.

Yes, of course we have Obama judges, Clinton Judges, etc.
But, President Trump may need Roberts’ vote one day.....am not sure he should be pissing off the Chief Justice in this way.

Forgot one: the 9th circuit still has a murder of crows from the Clinton administration alone, 9 of the 23. And of the senior court judges, 7 of the 15 were appointed by, either, Carter or Clinton.

Sadly, we have RINO Roberts who was appointed by RINO Bush.
We have lawful judges and we have unlawful judges.
Courts do not have authority; when there is no legislated law, or no USConstitutional law; the only ruling a court can make it: _no_jurisdiction_, no remedy.
USAians must know that courts are not the final authority in all things; courts are not the arbiter in inter-branch disputes. They are merely an equal branch; a peer.
Appearing in a court that has no jurisdiction, it actually illegal. You have enabled it to operate illegally. You’re aiding an abetting in the destruction of USConstitution.
Wake up!!!! Follow the supreme law of the land. Fight for our lawful form of government. Or perish.

Robert’s statement is silly on its face. If judges weren’t political, most decisions would be 9-0 and no one would be able to describe judges in any way as it pertains to conservative or liberal. Opinions would only cover language construction as it pertains to the Constitution.
Roberts is full of bull and definitely setting himself up to submarine the conservative wing.
Trump went out of his way to say that he respects and likes Roberts. Trump’s comments are light compared to the way Obama lectured and shamed the judges in front of Congress. If Roberts is as fair minded as he says all judges are, then these comments wouldn’t matter. But to be safe, there are many thoughtful articles out defending Trump - in an attempt, I guess at least partially, to let Roberts have a second thought about this question.

And yes you are correct. At some point many who The Donald has lamblasted will do their best to do him damage if the ability arises
this little brouhaha....wonder if the Trump Admin is gearing up try to impeach some of the 9th circuit squirrels?
