Maxine Waters Nationalizing Oil
Jun 5, 2013
Mad Maxine will take the job anyway, even if it does not lead directly to impeaching Donald J. Trump. Gives her plenty of opportunity to get in the faces of any number of bankers or Wall Street people, and harangue them for not conspiring to financially ruin all the members of Team Trump, forcing him and all his family to leave the White House in penury.
She might even follow them around to restaurants and into their places of business, to make her point.
Another BIG reason that Maxine Waters is unfit to deal with anything having to do with Finance:

I doubt that she can even deal with even the basics of Finance, if she can call on experts in that field!
Shes unfit to even live here
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Patriots are reminded that the delegates to the Constitutional Convented had rejected establishing a national bank.
A proposition was made to them to authorize Congress to open canals, and an amendatory one to empower them to incorporate. But the whole was rejected, and one of the reasons for rejection urged in debate was, that then they would have a power to erect a bank, which would render the great cities, where there were prejudices and jealousies on the subject, adverse to the reception of the Constitution [emphasis added]. Jeffersons Opinion on the Constitutionality of a National Bank : 1791.
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]." -Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"The power to regulate manufactures is no more confided to congress, than the power to interfere with the systems of education, the poor laws [emphasis added], or the road laws of the states. Justice Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 (Commerce), 1833 .
"4. The issuing of a policy of insurance is not a transaction of commerce within the meaning of the latter of the two clauses, even though the parties be domiciled in different States, but is a simple contract [emphases added] of indemnity against loss." Paul v. Virginia, 1869. (The corrupt feds have no Commerce Clause (1.8.3) power to regulate insurance.)
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
"The Constitution on this hypothesis is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please. Thomas Jefferson to Spencer Roane, 1819."
"Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should, therefore, be construed by the ordinary rules of common sense. Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure." Thomas Jefferson to William Johnson, 1823."
Maxine Waters should be in Jail.
Only one I can think of off hand is Alex Occasional-Kotex who has even less understanding of finance.
Actually I hope she heads all Committee’s available,,,,,,,,
Maxine should love canoeing on the Potomac. Tippy canoe and Maxine too!
