Should have included:
5. When asking a question, no statements are allowed, just the question.
6. If not directly called on, asking a question out of turn is not allowed.
Maybe there are more rules than posting in the article. I am surprised there isn’t a rule against disrupting another reporter or interjecting out of turn.
