Dear Francis, does poor equate to unequal?
We can and should address the former, and appreciate the reminder. This is shared love, what Jesus taught us.
As for the latter, we have a problem. You see, equality and prosperity are mutually exclusive. If you strive for equality, likely will result in poverty for all.

the fruits of my labor do not belong to ‘us’; it belongs to ‘me’ and ‘mine’ who are free to give to charity as it pleases. The silver given to Caesar, is Caesar’s to do with as he pleases, to provide for those who do not have fruits of their labor. You cannot carjack someone because someone may say cars belong to ‘us’. You cannot drive someone from their home or take their belongings or their means of employment in the name of ‘us’. And you cannot get beyond the Pearly Gates inciting the poor to covet and take from those who have labored honestly. That is not what Jesus taught.
