Lighter prison sentences, bigger alimony awards, more custody awards, “Believe Her!” with zero proof, men’s jobs lost from false claims of a female coworker, “Women need men like fish need bicycles”, women with microphones ranting and raging against men...

So very unhealthy for America.

“Keeping a system broken is what democrats do...Fixing it is what republicans do.”

Other than freeing thousands of felons to wreak havoc on Americans, how does this bill help the country?

You’re right that letting felons out doesn’t sound good. I haven’t read the bill. But there are some major reasons in my view not to worry.

1. I trust President Trump

2. It doesn’t make sense to think he would do anything that makes America worse

3. His involvement in this will significantly help the psychological emancipation of black voters from the democrat plantation.

4. Trump backs canceal carry and 2nd Amendment, which provides a very real and effective countermeasure against felons

“With all the feminist cries for equality they really do not want to face the same treatment as men.”

You are correct.

I was/am an anomaly according to my beloved. Always believed Equal Rights meant the right to apply myself to something if it were truly possible to perform the function as fully as a male. I did NOT accept it as the right to be the Winner/Victor/Boss/Whatever based solely on my gender.

Even at work I was not welcome in all groups of women because I maintained there was a hidden group of victims of physical abuse and mental abuse: Men.

And if you REALLY want to set any group of women against you.... remind them how utterly SEXIST, BIGOTED, and VIOLENT they are when you overhear them talking about male strippers. I told them that I truly understood their ignorance...that they simply forgot that women can be every bit as sexist and bigoted and in fact are far more damaging in that aspect because they seek to wear the ‘victim’ cloak all the while doing the despicable behavior. Using data and common sense it was easily shown how they held those three traits.....

Yeah. I had a very, very small group of friends when I worked because I tended to hold women to standards and I didn’t believe in lowering the bar, for anyone.

Don’t blame USC for this one. The periodical removed the article. I have some fairly extensive access to research databases. I can access the title, but the message I get says the periodical the article appeared in has removed the article. Still a case of not able to handle the truth.

I agree with 3, regarding black voters. To them (as a group), jail is basically slavery, given our country’s history) - so anything that Trump does to lessen jail time will with help them.

As far as others: I do think that Trump gets blinded by his family once in a while without thinking things through, such as when he bombed Syria based on some pictures and his kids complaining about Assad, when it was obviously a false flag. I think this is the case here.

As far as not making America worse, that goes back to very deep beliefs and whether one thinks that criminals are can be ‘reformed’ pretty much by ‘mainstreaming’ them (i.e., letting them back out into society). Most conservatives simply do not, me included. Trump, on the other hand, very well might be convinced otherwise - and if he is, then he would not even know that letting these people loose will make things worse.

The Second Amendment certainly helps - but it cannot cancel mass release of violent felons - and the Second Amendment can easily be nullified, if we get beaten badly in 2020. The people being released now is permanent - once they’re out, they’re not going back until they do something violent again (and get caught), and then once back - it won’t be for very long, thanks to these ‘reforms’.

So - for this issue, as far as I’m concerned, our system works, and if certain groups don’t like it - then tough, they can choose to live within our laws, or not, but either way, I’ll never support bending our laws to suit their ‘lifestyles’. We did just that in the late 1960s and it took 25 YEARS to fix it, with MILLIONS of lives needlessly ruined...there’s no reason to have to run through that cycle again.

I’m with you to the millionth degree about not bending laws. So if that’s what this is, then I can’t see how to support it.

But I’m not convinced Trump would do something like that.

What injustice? Blacks do more crime, spend more time in jail. Seems just to me.

What broken parts? I can back the Innocence Project, but not a relatively indiscriminate release of scofflaws.

How many dead are you willing to suffer for gaining a few votes in exchange for shorter sentences?

By the way, you won't get those votes in any case as they'll go to Democrats promising yet more leniency.

I can see you don’t understand President Trump.
