Florida Democrat Sen. Bill Nelson called Wednesday for a recount in his race for re-election against Republican Gov. Rick Scott.
In a statement from Nelson's office, the longtime incumbent said Scott had prematurely declared victory in the race, which CNN has not yet called. In Florida, an automatic recount is triggered when the final margin is less than .5% and is not triggered by candidate requests. Votes were still being counted Wednesday morning, but Scott's lead was within that margin, according to CNN projections. The initial vote count won't be finalized until Saturday at noon.

Oh here we go again....another Gore moment.
I pray that Nelson goes down in defeat.
Why can’t the democrats ever accept the results of an election?
I join your prayers!!!!! Nelson MUST lose.
How many ballots will they find in the trunks of cars this time?
And I’m sure they will all be for Nelson.
time to find ballot boxes full of votes in broward and palm beach counties
Nelson will find many ballots in his trunk.
The indefatigable left. Evil never lets up or take a vacation. We always lose the recount. On the other hand, it could work out!
Didn’t the bozo concede.
I’m sure Scott will be a fighter. He spent a lot of his own money for this seat!
Any votes “found” after the polls close must be disqualified ......as possible evidence of voter fraud.
The guy is 76 years old. He was even awarded NASA space flight as ballast for his funding votes. What more do you want?
No class, no grace. Perfectly fitting way to go out for this decrepit Marxist scum.
To be perfectly honest I’m shocked guillum hasn’t done the same.
Obama campained for Flas Gillum and Nelson----both lost.
(yea, a globie, but better than the Goron)
Hes also a doddering old fool on anti-depressants. Senator, its time for you to go!
“Didnt the bozo concede.”
