The caravan of thousands of people walking through Mexico is still reportedly about a thousand miles from the nearest U.S. border, but some of them — or people working on their behalf — have filed a pre-emptive lawsuit against President Trump and other U.S. departments and officials:

how does someone in a caravan in Mexico file a lawsuit in the USA?

1) That Trump and other officials saying they won’t let the caravan in means they’re going to deny people the right to seek asylum

I still cannot figure out how non-US citizens in another country have “RIGHTS TO SUE THE US PRES”?????? They have no US “Rights” to do anything. They are under the jurisdiction of their home country. Let’s see what the liberal judicial system does with this............
