I wish we could say Yes. When will he do so?

I doubt hospitals will suddenly stop issuing birth certificates or SSN numbers even if he does rule it is illegal to do so. We have a fifth column of government employees that are doing their best legalize their friends and family.

I bet you can still find government buildings that still not display portraits of the President of the US.

Yes, under any reasonable interpretation of the 14th Amendment. The question is ONLY about the children of ILLEGAL immigrants.
