What’s wrong with playing musical chairs or Twister if you want to entertain kids in a physically active way?
The most confusing part of this whole story is why is the daycare still in business?
Not from the government shutting them down, but from angry parents withdrawing their kids. They’re idiots by letting the the kids continue to go there, or idiots if for signing them up after this incident.

The “teachers” should be fired and probably sued.
my immediate thought is that some one was politicly connected for there to be no charges. My next thought was that it was a Demacrat prosecutor and these were black kids so it was only black on black violence and in the prosecutors mind we should not get in the way of what he thought was Black baby gangster life.
I cant see how there is not something that is criminal in what the teachers were doing.
a creative prosecutor could get the teachers on assault charges.
The "teachers" were fired, but not charged with a crime. But yes, they should be sued for every penny they have and garnish future earnings.
