We wouldn’t be trespassing Mexican sovereignty if we are being invaded from Mexico by a large force with the cooperation of the Mexican government. Only timid lawyers from the Federalist Society would even think we were trespassing and that Mexico has a sovereign right to keep the USA from protecting itself.
These troops are useless unless we put them a few yards (say 10 yards) into/onto Mexican soil to KEEP these invading asylum seekers off of US soil. Where the open borders lawyers get involved.

That is incorrect.
By international law, the so-called refugees were required to request asylum in the first country that offered such. Mexico them offered asylum, and the “refugees” refused that offer. Therefore, the United Sates has the full legal right to deny these fools entry and asylum. Moreover, the president has full constitutional authority to decide who is to be admitted into this country - and that dispute was already settled by the SCOTUS.
I think Trump should declare martial law along the border. Declare a half mile militarized zone that nullifies any rights to automatic asylum. Make holding pens within that’ half mile and never let them through.
IF we have ‘Stand Your Ground’ rules in a number of states, why don’t “Stand Your Ground” rules apply at our BORDER???
