I believe large deployments happen when I see them or hear about them. “Those of us who know about large deployments...” I was in the deployment to Desert Shield and Storm as a field grade officer so don’t preach to me about what “some of us know.”
That's scary. There is also a difference between deploying and planning a deployment.
